Returns and Refund Policy

At Aadikriti, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact admin@aadikriti.com so we can help.

Return Eligibility

To request a return, email admin@aadikriti.com after receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories included. Proof of purchase is required.

All return requests are reviewed before approval. Please contact us before sending any items back.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalised, custom-made, and made-to-order products cannot be returned for a change of mind. Items marked as final sale are also excluded. These exclusions do not apply to products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email admin@aadikriti.com promptly with your order details, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

After reviewing your request, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

How to Request a Return

Email admin@aadikriti.com with your order details and the reason for your return. If approved, we will provide instructions and the return address.

Please pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.

Return Shipping

Aadikriti will cover approved return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. For other approved returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or applicable law requires otherwise.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, email admin@aadikriti.com with your order details and the item you would like instead. Exchanges are subject to availability and approval of the returned item.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, contact admin@aadikriti.com as soon as possible. Cancellation may be possible before dispatch. Personalised or made-to-order items may not be cancellable once production has begun.
